Guys, we need your help!
On Oct 1 the Swedish Language Council will hold a meeting, during which it will decide on whether to recommend the usage of the word "Belarus" instead of "Vitryssland". It is crucial for the success of this campaign. The council has made clear that they will base their decision on the perceived number of people to whom this issue is important.
Please help us mobilize it to affect the decision of the Council!
One way would be to ask your members to send individual emails to the decision makers on this case, telling them how they feel about the name "Vitryssland" (means White Russia). Other ways are welcome too, but please hurry, the time is short. The decision makers are:
